Full launch of electronic services for CEDD’s permits and licences applications The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) announced today (June 24) that the electronic services for applications of dumping licences, sand removal permits, as well as permits and licences issued by the Mines Division will be fully launched from 4 July. Members of the public can continue to submit applications through the established electronic channels. Applications by post or fax will also be accepted. CEDD will cease to provide the in-person application services.
