1. Do I need to pay for using CELIMS?

It is free of charge to use the services of CELIMS.


2. Do I need to register with the Mines Division before using CELIMS?

Yes, you need to be a registered user before using CELIMS. First of all, you need to submit the completed registration form together with the required documents to the CEDD Mines Division by email to mines@cedd.gov.hk. You will be informed of the User I.D. and User Password via email once the registration process is completed.

1. Will the counter services be still available?

Mines Division does not provide in-person application services. Please follow the payment method on the Demand Note (GDN).


2. What payment methods does CELIMS accept?

You could pay online by using credit card, debit card or FPS.

3. Why do I being logged out by the system frequently?

CELIMS has a security system to prevent client login from more than one IP address. User accessing CELIMS with more than one IP address in the same session will be logged out immediately. Please contact your technical support to restrict using single IP address when navigating CELIMS website.
